I made an appointment to have Heather screen my son for a possible stutter and some language concerns that I had. Heather was nothing short of wonderful. She was very professional with her approach, her assessment tools, and overall attitude in working with my son. He is 4 years old, and he had no idea he was being screened; Heather made it so age appropriate and engaging for him. After the screening, she answered all of my questions very clearly, and she made sure that I had all the information I needed before the session was over. I cannot recommend Heather enough for any speech or language concerns you may have.

I was referred to Happy Speech by an educational diagnostician for a speech evaluation for my 8-year-old daughter. From the first conversation through ongoing therapy, our experience has been exceptional. My daughter absolutely loves her time with Heather and we are so impressed by the quick progress she has made. In addition to working through speech issues, Heather also identified weaknesses in our daughter’s phonemic awareness due to her dyslexia and has provided amazing support that resulted in immediate improvements in her reading. We highly recommend Happy Speech for anyone needing pediatric speech and language services.
