Embrace U became my daughter's home away from home. When she was discharged she was excited to have accomplished so much but sad at the same time because she genuinely loved going to Embrace U. Rachel made a connection with her that very few have been able to. She was able to love her and push her at the same time. I am still as her mother striving to be like Rachel! Embrace U is a loving environment and a safe place where you can take your kids to get the help that they need. From group therapy, medication check-ups to family sessions, they cover it all.

I will forever recommend Embrace U to friends and family. Their care is unparalleled, their attention to detail and diving head first to provide the support teens need makes this place truly special. Med management was never forced, but always educational. They took the time to make a special connection with my son which did not go unnoticed. The balance of group therapy and individual therapy (we love you Ms. Rachel!!!) allowed my teen to reach some pretty big mental health goals in the time he was there. I appreciated the parent educational sessions as well! Out family felt very supported during a heavy time. Cannot thank them enough!
