BSL took a chance on hiring me without any caregiver experience and I am so grateful. 1 1/2 years later I feel as if I am a completely different person, both personally and professionally. This experience has taught me so much about people, about life and specifically, what matters in our daily lives. Life is truly short, but at least we are making a difference in our individual's lives and I am hoping to continue impacting their lives for as long as I am able to.

The best thing about BSL is the open communication between our daughter's house manager and us as her parents. Her house manager has excelled in being responsive to our suggestions and requests. The next best thing is that all of her direct care staff have formed a caring and supportive relationship with our daughter. Thanks to BSL for all that you do!
