iCareManager has streamlined the process to capture data for the individuals we support. The program is intuitive and allows us to analyze important outcomes that aid in our program management and review system. As we prepare for the full implementation of LTSS, we are confident that iCareManager will make that transition smoother. The League for People with Disabilities is prepared for the imminent changes in our State's regulations effecting disability agencies because we have iCM. iCM has allowed me, as an agency CEO, to have instant access to information so that data driven decisions can be made. The iCM app allows our staff to document using just their smart phones.
