We highly recommend Erika... Without Erika's skill and discernment, I don't think our daughter's speech would be understandable today. Erika identified a problem with how our daughter’s hearing was being treated, showed us how her speech and language were affected, and guided us to address the concern with her audiologist. Now our daughter is a confident learner in the classroom. We highly recommend Erika as a specialist, not just in listening and spoken language for children who are deaf/hard of hearing, but also as an empathic parent coach who helped us navigate our journey with dignity and compassion.
