I always feel supported and safe while working at Spark. It is reassuring knowing that best practices are followed, and if I ever need to talk, feel like I need additional support, or really anything at all, someone is always willing to listen and help!

I love working at Spark Center! It is a very supportive and fun work environment, between the kids and the staff. The staff really are like a family and it shows in the great quality of care that the kids receive here.
