Overall, I am very satisfied with the services provided by Dr. Gayle at the FLOAAT Center. I have found it difficult in the past to feel understood and listened to by mental health professionals. I did not have this issue with Dr. Gayle, it felt like she really listened to me and was very professional before, during, and after my appointment. She made me feel at-ease and comfortable to be myself, which I believe is crucial to the testing process. She is very educated and keeps up to date with current research - another quality that I have found to be a rarity.
