When ever I visit, I am always impressed as to the way the Staff speak to and acknowledge the other people living there. It is always a friendly home. Without a doubt, I feel sure that Sonya is living in a safe environment.

The home was well led by a manager who knew the people and staff and supported them to have their views and ideas heard and acted upon. There was a positive open culture with staff working together in an atmosphere which valued their contribution to the service.
