When I went to an airway specialist dentist and found out I had a tongue tie, he referred me to Shaina for myofunctional therapy to accompany my frenectomy. I didn't know why it was so important, but now that I've completed Shaina's program I would say it's crucial. With Shaina's help, I speak more clearly, swallow effortlessly, and have better tongue posture. My TMJ pain is nearly gone, and I don't choke on food any more. I slept well before, so I was surprised when I started sleeping even better. I didn't know all these things could be improved, and I'm forever grateful for Shaina's help.
