Kelly Wulf came through for me when I needed her for an annual IEP meeting. She got the ROI sent right away and reviewed all paperwork and data prior to our IEP meeting. Her experience and resourcefulness make her great at what she does all while being available by phone or email at any time. She is valuable among the community she serves.

Dr. Wulf proved to be an invaluable asset to understanding, supporting, and obtaining critical Special Education services that had been previously denied to my child. Never once did she make me feel as though what I was asking for was unreasonable, but instead vitally important. She helped me understand the importance of asking pertinent questions; questions I didn’t know I could ask; and this, in turn, opened many doors to questionable techniques/tactics utilized by school officials.
