Raven does an amazing job of empathetically listening to your concerns as a parent. Not only will she ask you super targeted questions to ensure she fully understands what your child is struggling with but she also has a really great way of teaching you the terms for what those things are, letting you know what you can do to support your child, and even ensuring that you know how to advocate for your child at any stage of the 504 or IEP process.
