When you’re working at Peckham and you have that support system it provides a sense of relief. This is the first time I’ve felt like myself in the three years since my injury. Working at Peckham has taken that anxiety away and it also helped me to build my confidence in what I was doing.

I’ve been working at Peckham for 2 years almost. In those two years this place has made me feel comfortable, safe, and not just a number. As a veteran in the workplace I have always felt I wasn’t heard or felt misunderstood and this has not been my experience at Peckham.
