Working out in a group setting can be intimidating at first. The coach spent a lot of time with me, making me feel comfortable with the movements, and I felt supported by the entire class immediately! Highly recommend!

I was an athlete in college. The transition from working out twice a day to sitting in an office was really tough for me. Finding this gym brings me right back to being on a team! I love working out here.
