At first I wasn’t sure what to expect from Ms. Kean. Our child was just recently diagnosed with ASD and needed an SLP to help strengthen her communication skills. Ms. Kean explained in great detail what we needed to do as a team to ensure my child had the foundational skills that would prepare her to successfully communicate with the ever changing world. From day one Ms. Kean has been Dedicated, Proficient, Dependable, Passionate and Loving to my child. She took a three-tier approach that helped our child excel in all levels of communication. If you want an outstanding professional SLP to help your love one(s) achieve their goals, you’re in the right place.

I have known Ms. Kean for many years; I was one of her Clinical Supervisors while she was completing her Master’s degree. At that time, I was impressed with her perseverance and her dedication to her academic work. She has a never-ending supply of enthusiasm for learning as our profession grows and changes. Since then, I have been fortunate to know Ms. Kean as a colleague. I continue to be inspired by her ceaseless excitement for her chosen career and the patients/clients with whom she works. She has a talent for helping others, whether it be with the smallest change in sound or a life-altering improvement in a person’s ability to communicate. She is knowledgeable, dedicated, supportive, and adept at guiding clients and families. I have seen her handle situations that arise, as they usually do in our line of work, with grace, dignity, and fairness- all while keeping the well-being of her patient/clients first.
