I remember feeling like speech therapy wouldn’t be the answer to what he needed, and that he wouldn’t engage with whatever the lesson plan was. However, you made those concerns vanish the first day we met with you, and you have done an incredible job pulling him out of his shell and planting the seeds for his speech and confidence to grow.

Watching you play but also slip in new words into his play made him interested in trying those words and things. I love that if you don’t know you are extremely honest and willing to look things up to figure it out. He has really begun to trust and love you. He is more willing to try what you put in front of him because you challenge him but also give him love.
