I cannot express enough how transformative my experience with LBee Health has been. Participating in the "Traumatic Work Environments That You Can't Leave" group has truly been life-changing. Because of my toxic work environment, it felt like I had been holding my breath for years. Now, with the support of LBee Health and my fellow group members, I can finally breathe again and have the courage to set boundaries within my work environment that are resulting in positive change.
