Our son had a life-changing experience at Camp Sequoia! He loved the staff and felt great being around other campers 'just like him'. His exposure to so many outdoor activities at camp has helped him discover new extracurriculars and hobbies as an outlet for his energies. His participation in daily discussions about coping with his ADHD and anxiety have improved his communication and self-advocacy skills. His school year has been much better following the camp experience!

He loved everything about Sequoia. He forged durable friendships with kids he continues to stay in contact with. The staff is spectacular: empathetic, patient and genuinely invested in the success of every camper. We were particularly impressed with the report we received at the end of the session, which astutely identified some of our son’s social challenges and had concrete suggestions for helping him overcome them. But most importantly, Sequoia is a fun place.
