I am a paramedic that works for west midlands ambulance service we attend this care home regular but not as regular as we use to. All the times we attend the staff are so friendly, caring and professional and hard working. They always make us feel welcome and provide us with drinks hot or cold. They know their jobs very well and also know the service users which is a pleasure to see. We go to a lot of care homes and I would say this one is the best so far and I would even put my own relatives here. All the staff here are doing an amazing job and you should be proud of them as they represent the company in a positive way.

Just to thank each and every one of you for caring for my dad ‘A’ since December your dedication and respect for my dad was 100%. You became his adopted family through Covid and gave him the love and care his own family couldn’t. Thank you for comforting my dad while he was poorly with Covid and your face time calls. “ love is all “ is now my dad’s theme tune thank you for that. You are all amazing carers and should be so proud of yourselves for getting through these hard times. I know dad misses you all, but he is settling a little better now.
