We’ve been trying to get our daughter Olivia who is 10 to get on a bike with training wheels for as long as she can walk. She suffers from impairing anxiety so she’s always refused, screamed, run away from it, you name it, so many negative reactions! Seeing her riding a bike at camp, despite the support, is a big milestone for her and I consider it a huge victory. Olivia is still far from riding on her own but after camp, she’s even excited to try it and keep working on it. I cannot thank the iCan Bike camp enough for having such impact on these kiddos, just looking at Olivia’s face and the other kiddos was worth the 4 hour drive to and from camp every day, ha! It’s been the best, great job!!
