The crew here is very welcoming and supportive. I have two boys that attend, one neurotypical and one ADHD, and they both absolutely LOVE coming to Spectra. It’s so wonderful to have a place they can find success, learn coping skills, and have the best time with all of their new friends! We are very thankful for Spectra :)

We are so glad we found Spectra Gymnastics and their array of services. The instructors are attentive and friendly. My daughter loves going to Fostering Friendships and we’ve booked birthday parties as well.
