We are a nonprofit Community Farm nestled along the Erie Canal in Rochester NY. We specialize in empowering individuals and families to raise children and adults with disabilities like autism, down syndrome through OPWDD self directed programs, memberships, and classes.

Homesteads is a truly inclusive setting. People of all abilities are welcome. I love that it is a place where people can grow, learn, and eventually, live!
