My experience is a positive one. From my initial contact and subsequent brief phone calls with Carol Battaglia, who demonstrated not only her expertise in the field and also empathy and patience, to working with Vicki, with her professionalism, depth of knowledge, and patient guidance, not to mention her efficiency and accessibility. And I must say that everyone I interacted with was uniformly courteous, respectful, and efficient. Thank you for such a positive experience.
