CHAPS is a wonderful organization that goes out of its way to cater to a wide variety of individuals with different needs. I am a combat veteran that has received some wounds that cannot be seen. Given that, I qualify for the CHAPS program and receive assistance from generous donations from our community and beyond. I cannot express enough how fortunate I am for this program and all that it offers. Through the sessions I attend, I have been able to work on my anxiety and depression to name a few concerns. It has also been greatly beneficial for my self-confidence; not only around the animals but with my human interactions. Thank you CHAPS, for all that you have done, and all that you continue to do.

I really enjoyed seeing Lex learn how to ride side saddle this year! She really enjoyed this new opportunity and it was especially fun to see her design her own riding course for Special Olympics. Lex also enjoys participating in the horse shows! Thank you so much for a wonderful year!
