The experience I had with Cooper Kids was phenomenal! My son was diagnosed with bilateral hearing loss and auditory neuropathy at birth. Cooper Kids helped my son get the services he needed. My service coordinator worked very closely with me and did regular check-ins to make sure I felt satisfied with the therapists teaching my son. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I have another child in the future with the same issues my son had.
