I just want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the incredibly diligent, caring and responsive team you have at Supreme. Since my father was discharged into your care two weeks ago to avoid an NHS admission you have been amazing. Sorting emergency care, adding extra calls and then liaising with social service when we couldn’t get access to them. Please pass on our special thanks to Coral who has gone more than the extra mile to help me, even on her day off, how lucky you are to have her on your team.

The compassion and support you showed to our family was really appreciated. You remained professional and very caring and really supportive.

For the support you have provided over the last 4 months, it has been brilliant. Taking me out, which I love, being their for my Mum and offering a shoulder for her to lean on when needed. You were so much help when I came out of hospital when I needed that little bit more care. Your carer makes me smile when she arrives and I love her to bits.

For helping me walk again, your carer has an excellent bedside manner, a very helpful lady and a credit to your team.
