My son started AFSA in third grade after having a hard time at his neighborhood school, causing him to really dislike school. From day one at AFSA, though, he loved school for the first time. He still comes home every day excited to tell us about what he is learning. Doing school work is no longer a struggle because learning is fun! He completes all of his work in the classroom and is eager to read and do more learning on his own at home. The staff and students have welcomed him with open arms and it’s like he’s been here with them the whole time. The community is unlike any other-kind, welcoming, compassionate, gracious, the list goes on. We are so happy to be part of this community.
