Turning Wheels Therapy

My shy, sensitive, strong-willed toddler thrives under Amy’s care. Amy creates a welcoming environment where my daughter feels safe to be challenged and try new things. My daughter has made tremendous progress with new words, forming sentences, and articulation as a direct result of our therapy sessions with Amy. We leave every session with practical at-home practice strategies that have greatly helped toward this progress.

My son and I attended Amy’s social language group when he was 2 years old. Amy created such an inviting atmosphere for the kids (and parents). She made the group fun and entertaining but also structured enough so that she could work on speech development with the kids both during free play as well as during specific activities. The group was very well organized so that the hour was utilized well. I could tell that Amy had extensive experience as a speech language pathologist and she was so great with all of the kids in the group!
