On a horse we get to watch our daughter, Savannah, come alive! She expresses herself, sits tall moving without a wheelchair displaying her strength and allowing us to see her love for a sport. This is priceless to us!!! Savannah learned to sit up for the first time at 4 years old because of horse therapy. The benefits to her hips because of Savannah Station avoided an 8th surgery. We are so grateful for everyone’s dedication to this program!! For our family, Savannah Station allows us once a week to not think of the pressures of parenting a child with multi-disabilities; we simply get to watch our daughter light up the arena with her joy and laughter!!
